Delivery Information
Every order is packed to keep your raw food frozen and fresh, whether it's coming from our van or by courier. Please note there is a £25 minimum order for all deliveries.
Local Van Delivery
We deliver across Liverpool and Merseyside in our own temperature-controlled vans. Enter your postcode at checkout to see if local delivery is available to you.
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries)
- Order before 8am: delivered the same day
- Order after 8am: delivered the next day
- Orders placed after 8am on Saturday, or on Sunday, are delivered on Monday
- Cost: from £1.99, depending on your postcode
On the morning of your delivery, you'll receive a text message with a live tracking link from EasyRoutes, so you can follow your driver's progress and see when to expect us. Please make sure someone is in, or let us know a safe, shaded spot to leave your order.
Nationwide Delivery (DPD)
We deliver across the UK with DPD. Your order is packed with insulation and ice packs to keep it frozen in transit.
- Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday (no Sunday or Monday deliveries)
- Order before 12pm, Monday to Thursday: delivered the next day
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or Friday to Sunday: delivered on Tuesday
- Saturday delivery: available at checkout, order before 12pm on Friday

DPD will email you with your delivery details. As your order contains perishable goods, please use the link in DPD's email to choose a safe place for your parcel to be left in case you are not home.
