All ingredients and nutritional information are listed to the best of our knowledge. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients if their dogs have food sensitivities or allergies.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices listed on our website or provided during ordering:

  • are displayed in GBP (£), and

  • may be changed at any time without notice.

Raw dog food must be:

  • stored frozen immediately upon receipt,

  • thawed safely in a refrigerator,

  • handled with appropriate hygiene practices.

Raw To Your Door is not responsible for improper storage or handling once products have been delivered.

8. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of raw dog food, we cannot accept returns unless goods are faulty, incorrect, or damaged.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge your responsibility to:
