At  Raw To Your Door, we aim to deliver high-quality raw dog food safely and efficiently across Liverpool, Merseyside, and surrounding areas. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery zones, minimum order values, costs, and important delivery information.


1. Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum order amount depends on your delivery postcode:

  • Most areas require a minimum spend of £20

  • Some areas (e.g., WA7) require a minimum spend of £30.00

You will not be able to checkout if your basket is below the required minimum for your postcode.

3. Delivery Schedule

Delivery days and times may vary depending on your area. You will receive an estimated delivery window via email or SMS once your order is confirmed.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the order, as raw food must be frozen immediately.


4. Frozen Product Handling

All products are transported frozen. To guarantee quality:

  • Orders must be received on the first delivery attempt.

  • If no one is home, the driver may leave the order in a safe place only if you authorise this during checkout or via the driver.

  • Raw To Your Door is not responsible for spoilage if the order is left outside at your request.


5. Delivery Failures

We cannot offer refunds or free redelivery if:

  • The address provided is incorrect

  • No one is available to collect the order

  • The customer has not given safe-place instructions (where applicable)

If the delivery fails due to a driver or routing error, we will arrange redelivery at no extra cost.


6. Changes to Delivery

If you need to change delivery details (address, date, or instructions), please contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible once your order is out for delivery.
