Frozen Products

For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on frozen raw food once it has left our premises, whether bought in store or delivered. This does not affect your rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Non-Frozen Products

Dry food, treats, supplements and accessories can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, and you have your receipt or order number.
