Frozen Products

For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on frozen raw food once it has left our premises, whether bought in store or delivered. This does not affect your rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Non-Frozen Products

Dry food, treats, supplements and accessories can be returned within 14 days, provided they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging, and you have your receipt or order number.

If any item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs and we will put it right.

Keep this 250g tub frozen at -18°C until ready to serve. Defrost safely in your refrigerator and use within 24 hours this ensures your small dog enjoys maximum potency and food safety. Never refreeze after thawing. 

Preparation and Usage
Defrost food before feeding. Once defrosted, food can safely remain in the fridge for up to four days.
